IPS Athletics Shine

I Promise School Winter athletics was a season of many firsts for our student athletes. As the basketball, cheer and step teams celebrated their final game of the inaugural season this week, they also got to participate in the first ever IPS Athletics Media Day. 

After a full breakfast in the Lion’s Den, dynamic duos tackled their media circuit with veteran-like confidence – posing for still photos, answering fun interview questions, and participating in creative content capture for social media. Their signature smiles embodied the joy, camaraderie and team work this season represented for all who were a part of it. 

To see so many of our students smiling, working hard and committing to something bigger than themselves is our big dream come true.

The I Promise Institute was also buzzing with I Promise style as our hard-working college students received brand new Moncler jackets emblazoned with the LJFF logo as a reward for their continued commitment to their promises.

The level of swag with our students on campus is off the charts! We’re incredibly proud to see them represent LJFF with so much pride. 

To see so many of our students smiling, working hard and committing to something bigger than themselves is our big dream come true. These kids from Akron are the future, and the future is feeling more hopeful than ever.
