Milestone Moments
While LeBron continues to achieve historic milestones on the court, his team in Akron is making lifetime memories in the community. On March 2, 2024 the kid from Akron scored 26 points against the Denver Nuggets to become the first player in NBA history to record 40,000 career regular season points. Always with a team-first mentality, the moment was "bittersweet" in the Lakers loss but also a benchmark that continues to build his legacy of greatness.
Also building on his legacy is the incredible family programming and everyday moments that continue to emanate from the House Three Thirty in his hometown. This past weekend, we hosted our first R&B Sing-Along event to a sold-out crowd in the iconic Cabaret that saw people dancing, singing, and smiling the night away. It created the welcoming and joyful atmosphere for the entire community House Three Thirty was designed for, and we're already planning the next one!
