On the hardwood, the I PROMISE School basketball teams continue to improve, work hard, and represent while competing at a high level. This week the girls and 8th grade boys battled Buchtel in hard-fought games and the 7th grade boys defeated Arlington Christian Academy in a close matchup. We love cheering on our student athletes as they keep changing the game for themselves and their peers.
In the classroom, the Timken Team visited the I PROMISE School's Timken Makerspace to continue dreaming big about how they can support our students as they explore their passions in STEM. The goal of this special space is to channel the students' creativity & scientific thinking into hands-on solutions and remarkable achievements.
And in the kitchen, there is no team better at channeling their passion into amazing things than the Heart of the House. House Three Thirty was proud to feature teammate and graduated I Promise student Nadia in her element overseeing Secret Pizza. Whether it's the signature slices, a hot calzone, or the new sunflower pizza, everything is made with love in Secret Pizza that is open daily for all to enjoy.
