👑 An Anniversary to Remember
CELEBRATING AN ANNIVERSARY IS SPECIAL WHEN YOU'RE WITH THE ONES YOU LOVE. AND FOR US, THAT'S OUR COMMUNITY.
This year's 330 Day celebration at House Three Thirty marked our second ammirersary of serving the Akron community with world-class events, top-notch entertainment and enriching job training. We brought all of those things together in a full day of family fun that saw everything from magic and meditation to bubbles, comedy, music and more. From the first local live television hit at 8:00am to the final call following headliner Teddy Robb after 10:00pm, our house was filled with hundreds of locals coming together to engage in this community celebration. Through it all, our Team Members did what they do best, and that is welcome everyone with love and be best service. We're already excited about our next 330 Day experience!
Speaking of celebrating the city we call home, we want to give a special shoutout to Foundation family member Dare Lieberth as he embarks on the opening of the all new Akron History Center this Saturday in downtown Akron. Designed to inspire, educate and welcome guests to our community, the museum reminds us of all the reasons we're proud to call Akron home. Thank you, Dave, for your deep-rooted work to keep Akron on the map!
Home is also where we learn important life lessons, which is why we were proud to have our family at Chase share tools and resources through free financial workshops at House Three Thirty throughout the month of March. Helping families budget better, boost credit, and plan for their futures, these sessions at House Three Thirty, the Downtown Akron Chase Community Center and other local locations were an incredible opportunity to gain valuable financial skills - and exactly the type of hands-on programming we are prond to offer our families.
