 330 Day Celebration

As March madness takes over, in life and on the court, we're bringing all sorts of gladness to our community and our families. Our I PROMISE School 3rd graders recently got a taste of life on a college campus with an experience outing at The University of Akron. During their time with our partners at UA, students engaged in a STEM activity around the solar eclipse and spent quality time with the University's soccer team that led practice drills, gave a tour of their locker room, and connected the Habits of Promise. To share this higher education experience with our 3rd graders is to show them that college is for them. That this can be their future, too. And it was an incredible day for all involved.

On the hardwood, we're proud to see the University of Akron Zips and the Duquesne men's basketball teams go dancing in the NCAA Tournament starting this week. March Madness takes on a new meaning with Akron represented on the national stage, and we're excited to open our doors at House Three Thirty for all to take in the latest tournament games and action in our fun and safe space. Food and drinks will be available for purchase as House Three Thirty becomes Akron's premiere destination for March Madness viewing.

The team at House Three Thirty has been working, learning and persevering to live out what servant leadership looks like, with shift leads recently coming together for a bonding retreat. This time together makes for a stronger team and be best service at House Three Thirty, all rooted in excellence and compassion.
